Return Policy
We appreciate your business and want to ensure you can support your customers with the best possible products. Returns may be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date on a case-by-case basis.
To request a return, please email us at [email protected] and reference your Invoice # and reason for return.
Returns will be reviewed individually and subject to a 15% restocking fee upon approval.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Warranty
All of our products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Should an issue arise, repairs or replacements will be handled according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
